Grooming Tips:
- After Bath: spray directly on the dog’s coat while the dog is still wet and groom as normal. For detangling: spray directly onto mats and tangles. For tough tangles, massage into trouble spots and brush out.
- Dry Application:Top Performance GloCoat Conditioner and Detangler is good for tangles on a dry coat. Spray on and work in with your fingers, and then comb through. It can also be used as an anti-static spray during daily brush-outs, even if there are no tangles. When the fur starts following the comb or brush, give the tool (NOT the coat!) a quick spritz with the spray. It bleeds off static and adds a very light coat of conditioner to renew the ability to repel dust, dirt, and tangles.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
